Rich Rodriguez
Rich Rodriguez is the director of Information Technology at a D.C. based Non-profit. Prior to joining his current organization, Rich was the technical lead for The Interpublic Group in Washington D.C., where he led a team to drive infrastructure improvement initiatives for public relations firms in the D.C. Area.
Rich has driven infrastructure and systems improvements to advance internal capabilities that allow for better internal and external collaboration for over 12 years. He specializes in IT project management, audio-visual implementations and best practices implementations.
Previously, Rich managed the End User Support Team at StandTogether, served as a senior analyst at the Charles Koch Institute and was a senior specialist at Amentum. Hailing from New England, Rich enlisted in the United States Navy after his first year of college after moving to Virginia, and has since gained over a decade of experience in the technology space. Zach Tempone
Zach Tempone is a Senior IT Manager at a Virginia based non-profit organization. Prior to his current role, Zach was the lead technical administrator at a big ten insurance company, and from start to finish managed and implemented their on-prem to cloud migrations for over 800 users.
Zach has a wealth of experience in system administration and consulting, and has championed user experience improvement to advance organizations technical capabilities for over 10 years. He specializes in migration management, systems administration, and IT Security implementations.
Zach comes from a sports management organization where he drove the growth of its internal and external systems and consolidating and upgrading it's infrastructure. Originally from Philadelphia, Zach went to Westchester University and has since had over a ten years of experience in the information technology space. Go Birds!
